Hi, I'm Maciej Miłanowski 👋

A loving father, husband, and someone who has a true passion for design.

This is my story.

From Graphic Designer to UX/UI 👨🏻‍💻

I started my design journey, creating vector graphics in Corel Draw. Later, I learned Photoshop and at 18, began my first job as a graphic designer at a print shop. After two years, I started studying Information Technology in Management, focusing on human psychology, and also learned programming.

During my studies, I started working as a UX/UI designer. I used tools like Sketch, Balsamiq, and Axure, which helped shape my approach to user experience and interface design.

start working with big clients 💼

After starting my new role at Makolab, I began working with really big brands like Renault, Toyota. Working with such clients taught me how to tailor projects to high standards and understand the complexity and diversity of large organizations' needs.

Over time, my career took off – I first worked at Sii with well-known brands like BMW, Puma, and Nike, where I had the opportunity to tackle interesting challenges in an international environment. Later, I joined Mobica, where I contributed to designing very large and complex interfaces, which allowed me to further develop my skills.

Bringing Ideas to Life with 3D Printing 🛠️

In addition to my work in UX design, I’m passionate about 3D printing. I enjoy modeling in 3D and then bringing those models to life through physical prints. I’ve often printed things that were both useful and practical, essentially creating "UX" in the real world. It’s a great way for me to combine my love for design and technology, and to see my ideas take form outside of the digital realm.

Love video games 🎮

Playing video games helps me relax. I’m a big fan of Nintendo games and enjoy exploring new triple-A titles on PlayStation. When I want something more strategic, I turn to my PC. My favorite series is The Witcher, with its incredible storytelling and immersive world.
